SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

●The large majority of our orders are shipped within 24 working hours of the order and delivered in 4-5 working days from shipping. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

● Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. 

● We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

● In the unlikely event if we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, subject to the reasons not in our hands, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

● If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at: +91 88854 14000 (Mon-Sat, 10.00 a.m - 6:00 p.m) or mail us at vijayampublicationsvja@gmail.com.

● Mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

● Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

● Exchanges through courier shall only be done, for items with exactly the same price as the item being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement item requested and our Customer Care Associate will check and confirm if the item is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made.

● Any return request made to vijayampublications.com, customer support, and sent by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise along with the original sales invoice.

● After the merchandise is received by vijayampublications.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process an exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that there will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times.

● Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in case of return: Vijayam Publications Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted only if the product(s) delivered is in a damaged condition. To process a return in case the product(s) delivered is damaged, please write an email to us at vijayampublicationsvja@gmail.com. There will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times. You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:

● Vijayam publications is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

● At vijayam publications we offer an EASY returns & exchange policy. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product you may return items bought from Vijayam publications , within 7 days of your purchase. There will be no cash refunds for the returned articles. Only replacement of products can be done maximum up to two times.

● Call customer care on +91 88854 14000 (Weekdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm), and inform about the damaged product and share the images of the damaged product on our e-mail id vijayampublicationsvja@gmail.com and request for a exchange.

● Once you have informed us, please send the item by courier to our address mentioned below, within 7 days. Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the products returned or exchanged. Also please ensure that you keep a copy of the invoice, and send the original invoice back to us, for replacement. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return/exchange request.

● Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. CANCELLATIONS: In case you wish to cancel your order, please call our customer care : +91 88854 14000 (Weekdays 10.00 am to 6.00 pm). We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the same has not been already shipped.
